Temporary Rental Agreement:
This contract concerns the temporary rental of a property located at Via Trieste 13 in Albenga (SV). The duration of the contract is established [see indicated booking dates] and the contract is hereby concluded for such a date. The rental fee amounts to [see indicated total amount of booking] and must be paid in advance at the beginning of the rental period.
General conditions and cancellation terms:
The "Non-Refundable" rate is non-refundable.
For the rate with the possibility of cancellation:
Cancellation is free up to 60 days before the check-in date.
If cancellation is made from the 59th to the 31st day before the check-in date, a penalty equal to 50% of the total amount of the booking will be applied. If cancellation is made from the 30th day to the check-in day, a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount of the booking will be applied.
The cancellation must be made by sending an email to [email protected] and subsequently confirming by phone at +39 351 9565495.
Failure to show up at La Corte Albenga on the selected day and time will result in a charge of 100% of the price of the booked services and will not be refundable. In case of early departure, the booking will not be refundable. After each successful operation of modification or cancellation of the booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered during the booking phase. Failure to receive this email implies the failure to conclude the operation and therefore the booking will remain valid. At the time of booking, 100% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card. Upon your arrival at the property, a deposit of € 300.00 will be required to be paid in cash or by credit card. NB: The tourist tax is not included in the price.
(The booking must be made directly on our website through online booking, or by contacting us by phone or email. The booking must be confirmed with the payment of 100% of the total stay, to be paid by credit card on our website. Exceptionally, we can accept payments by bank transfer of 100% of the total stay well in advance of the arrival.)
These are the rules and conditions for guests of the property. The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property during the stay.
It is not possible to invite other people, especially to stay overnight, organize parties or events of any kind, smoke inside the apartment, on the stairs and from the window, and a penalty of € 100.00 will be applied in case of violation of the smoking or sleeping on the floor rule (even with their own mattresses).
It is not allowed to introduce furniture, plants, animals, appliances or other objects in the apartment, in addition to one's own luggage. The maximum number of people for each apartment is limited. (Hugo apartment 5 people, Camilla apartment 3 people, Entire House 8 people.)
The use of the property's equipment, such as electrical and plumbing systems, must be done responsibly and in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in. In case of damage to such equipment, the guest will be responsible for the costs of repair. Guests are required to respect the things entrusted to them and not to cause harassment to other users.
The structure is equipped with cameras for security in the common areas (Stairwell area) and outside (Parking area). Any abuse will be reported to the local Public Security Authorities. The Structure is not responsible for acts of vandalism, accidents due to causes not its own, and damage to persons or property resulting from natural disasters, any personal belongings left unattended in the accommodations or in common areas, therefore it will be the responsibility of guests to safeguard valuable personal belongings.
It is important that the gate, entrance door, and the door of your apartment are always locked. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am. In case of late return, a penalty of €50.00 will be applied for each hour of delay.
The structure will be cleaned and prepared for each new guest, and the guest is required to leave the room in orderly and clean conditions. Otherwise, additional cleaning costs may be charged. The fee for private parking inside the structure is €10.00 per night, parking observes the same check-in times as the reservation.
Failure to implicitly accept the house rules will not be accepted as a reason to break them. Entry into the structure entails the acceptance and full observance of all the rules and conditions described. This contract represents the complete agreement between the parties and replaces any other verbal or written communication. Any modification or integration of this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties. By accepting this contract, the guest confirms having read and understood all the conditions and unconditionally accepts all the clauses and responsibilities described therein.
After registration, a key to the booked accommodation will be handed over to the guest.
